Return & Shipping Policies

We want you to love every book you get from Insouciant Press. But if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.

Returns & Exchanges

​

We accept returns of physical books within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The book must be in its original condition

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Note: We can’t accept returns on books that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or books purchased through third-party retailers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong title, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund. Please include photos of the damage to help us sort it out quickly.

How to Start a Return

​

Email us at Info@InsouciantPress.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

​

Once we receive your returned book and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.

​

Shipping Costs

​

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless we messed up—then it's on us)
